ZM: Sounds wonderful and reminds me of my grandparents’ farm house. Fortunately Beijing has many beautiful parks which make it possible to enjoy nature and outdoor sports activities in natural settings year round even in an urban environment.

Dr. Christoph Dammann: I think my childhood in the German countryside was almost the same as yours in Beijing, snowball fights included. I remember the winter of 1978 when our town was cut off from the rest of the world for several days because the road was closed due to a blizzard.
