Asking for Directions

Mr. Wang : Excuse me, Madam.

Passer-by : Yes? How can I help you?

Mr. Wang : Do you know how far Central Park is from here, and how I can get there?

Passer-by : Central Park is around half a mile away… You can just walk to get there.

Mr. Wang : Great, thanks. Can you tell me the way?

Passer-by : K, let me see… You go straight down this road, then make a left after the set of traffic lights ahead. Then you continue down, crossing two avenues. You should see a big sign in front of you. Go about 100 metres in the direction indicated and you should be there.

Mr. Wang : Great, I got that. Thank you so much!

Passer-by : Happy to help. Goodbye!
