ZM: Hi Kathy, we’ve shared a lot of information about all the sports in the Winter Olympic Games. Now let’s talk about what’s important for us to know when we attend these events. What have you learned about spectators’ etiquette?
K: Excellent question Zhou Min! There are guidelines for practicing good sportsmanship for all who attend sporting events. In fact, in 2008 the Beijing Olympic Committee issued an etiquette book giving advice on everything from shaking hands to good manners while watching the different sports.
