In this concluding feature with Tony Marrinan, GM of the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport we learn how China today is now the No1 business for many of these leading companies. This growth is creating many excellent career opportunities for young people in many cities across the country.
As they talk, aircraft are regularly taking off from the airport - a reminder of how Beijing has risen to become one of the world's major destinations for business and travel.
Tony describes some aspects of his job and of his daily work routine and of his key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. He explains Conrad Hilton's vision of 'Responsibility to fill the Earth with the light and warmth of hospitality'. As an Irishman that comes naturally to Tony.
